The entire car-selling process with Clutch was amazing. The team took me through the entire process in the swiftest manner. Also, the price you get for the vehicle can't be matched with any online dealer or offline dealer, I felt so happy when I saw the quote from them. Also, the drop-off process was so smooth, it took them 10 minutes to check my vehicle and do all the paperwork and take the vehicle.

Highly recommend Clutch! We just moved to Canada from Australia, and because of Clutch’s online system, we were able to reserve and get the ball rolling on our car purchase before we even arrived in Canada. There customer service was amazing, allowing me to verify my identity with an Aussie license and reserve the car over the phone. From beginning to end, all the Clutch staff were amazing and I couldn’t be happier!

My experience with Clutch was very smooth and easy. With the used-car market being so tight right now, I found their prices very reasonable for the quality of vehicle I received. Once I placed a 'hold' on my vehicle the process was very straight-forward and direct and I had contact with a representative at any point if I needed or wanted it. They answered all my questions very well and the actual drop-off process went flawlessly. The vehicle I chose was from out-of-province so I was curious as to how that worked but the SGI inspection was completed and provided to me at the same time as my bill of sale so I could go directly to register and plate the vehicle immediately if I wanted. They had also put on a 24-hour permit on the vehicle which allowed me to drive it immediately after drop off which was much appreciated (and a service you don't get with private sales/in-person dealerships). Aaron who did the drop off was clearly very experienced in the handling/towing vehicles and was perfectly on time and very friendly. The vehicle is in great condition, as advertised and presented. My one and only complaint" would be that the vehicle did not have a block heater (which I will need for SK winters)

Everything was done via phone or email including insurance and there was great communication from their team. The delivery was right on time and the experience was great - he was very knowledgable about the company. And he walked me through the car and the whole process and made it feel like I was at an actual dealership! I'd recommend Clutch to anyone looking for a good deal without having to leave their home.

This is the future of the used car buying experience. I can't say enough good things about the team members I dealt with and the overall process. They were amazing and so was the price - to the point that I thought it was too good to be true. However, I can safely say that it wasn't too good to be true - it was just a good deal. I even took my car to a dealership for a second inspection to make sure everything was good and it passed with flying colours, same as the inspection that Clutch provided me. Honestly, try it out. Unlike the classic used car salesman, I didn't feel like I had to take a shower after dealing with them.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Sold me a $27,000 SUV vehicle that needed a new transmission and they had the wrong battery in my car.They took no responsibility for this after I purchased the vehicle and ignored any accountability for it which has led me to go through my legal rights as a consumer. These repairs will cost me $8,000. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.
