This is a wonderful dealership. Steve made the entire process of my buying a fine and reliable newer used car, and trading in my old one, an easy and most successful experience. He was really helpful, professional, able and fair. It was a relief to have all transaction details, including the necessary papers, attended to by Steve and JamesThe company was referred by a dear friend, and I couldn't be happier. I wouldn't hesitate to return in future, and to refer Bulletproof Auto to anyone.

I recently purchased a Chevy Equinox and am very pleased with both the level of service provided by James and the quality of the vehicle! I found the vehicle shopping process at other dealerships quite stressful due to limited communication with the salespeople, but James provided a very open and honest environment which I greatly appreciated as a first-time buyer. James does not take a pushy approach to the sales process and instead takes the time to answer any questions and provide advising as necessary. I was concerned about the tires on the vehicle but the concern was addressed during the safety and the tires were replaced! I had my mechanic take a second look at the vehicle when I brought it home and he said it's in incredible condition and I received a great deal on the vehicle. I left Bulletproof Auto a very happy customer with a great vehicle!

A couple months ago my husband and I purchased an SUV from Bulletproof Auto. From the get-go, James' approach made us very comfortable and was not like a regular car dealership. He wasn't pushy or looming. His genuinity and pleasantness made it very easy for us to purchase and want to purchase the vehicle from them.After buying our SUV; if we needed anything James or Steve would only be a phone call or an email away. I purchased a 2012 Honda Civic from James back in January (sorry for the late review, James), but I am absolutely in love with my car! The service was amazing - fast and efficient! I travelled over 2 hours just to see the car and I am so thankful I did. He was able to get the car new brakes and a complete look over in less than a week! Highly recommend Bulletproof Auto Sales!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Steve for years now. I enjoy trying new and different vehicles every five years or so and and after my first transaction with Steve i knew I had found a truly honest businessman in an industry that sometimes fairly and sometimes unfairly has earned a negative reputation. We had a great experience buying our 2015 Mini Cooper at Bulletproof Auto. James was professional, friendly, and made us feel at ease with his no-pressure approach. We took the car out for two test drives and were encouraged to go as long as we liked to really get a feel for the car. We were happy with the price negotiated and everything we asked for was taken care of. One minor issue was identified after we picked up the car, but it was addressed right away by their mechanic. Great experience! I was involved with the purchase of two vehicles from Bulletproof in 2020 - my son bought his first car in the summer (Steve was great) and my daughter bought her first car in the fall (James was super helpful). Bulletproof has proven that they stand behind their cars and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Both cars are great.

My experience with Bulletproof Auto was great. I was looking a specific car, Mercedes e350 wagon, which they had in stock. Due to my distance from the dealership and not wanting to miss out on the car, I purchased it sight unseen.Steve took care of everything from detailing the vehicle, handling the safety certification, and getting the vehicle registered and plated. All off just the deposit that I sent.On the day I picked up the car, the weather was very poor and while I was on route Steve called me to arrange an alternate pick up location that he knew would be cleared of snow.The car was better than advertised and had additional accessories included that I did not know about prior to purchase. A full set of WeatherTech floor liners was a nice surprise.Although I know better than to purchase a vehicle sight unseen, the service and honesty that Bulletproof and Steve provided made it a great experience.My only complaint was that I asked Steve if he would throw in a beautiful Porsche 930 he had in stock as a bonus gift. And he just laughed at me!Thanks again Steve. You showed that there is still good, honest people out there, especially in the used car market. I’m still waiting for delivery of the 930, lol.
